Technical Buyer (Einkäufer/in)

Technical Buyer (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Technical procurement of drawn parts (e.g., turned parts, milled parts, geared parts)
• Procurement of production components, consumables, tools, DIN-Teilen, seals, and shaft seals
• Coordination of the Kanban system
• Requesting and checking quotations, order placement, and contract processing
• External procurement of parts that cannot be processed internally, as well as supporting capacity bottlenecks in turning/grinding/milling/drilling etc.
• Commissioning service providers for machine repair, facility management, depending on need
• Technical clarification with suppliers and development
• Processing of complaints to suppliers, quality and invoice control
• Conducting contract and price negotiations with suppliers
• Analysis of relevant national and international procurement markets
• Supplier management

Your profile:

• Completed technical / commercial vocational training, or further education
• Technical knowledge in production, ideally in gear technology, is desirable
• Good commercial background knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in procurement
• Business fluent English in spoken and written form
• Independent way of working
• Negotiation skills and teamwork skills
