Data Analysis Engineer, Production Engineer

Your tasks

1. Daily check the production output and trouble shooting in case from any issue in production process
2. Summarize the production output data to be improve the productivity
3. Provide the technical training to production operator.
4. Improve the process workflows, bottlenecks and lower waste by using the tools of LEAN, SIX SIGMA
5. Follow up all departments to make improvement activity
6. Resolve the daily technician issue in the production process, root cause analysis and product failures analysis
7. Data analysis of productivity, downtime, cycle time, etc
8. Implement the program "Power BI" for production process to make the presentation (power point)
9. Educate and monitor team to follow management system such as RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other
10. Performs related work as required

Requirements

1. Education : Bachelor Degree in Engineering of Industrial, Production, Mechanical, Manufacturing, etc
2. Experience : > 1 Year of Data Analysis
3. Very Good Skill of Excel (Formula, Pivot, Graph), Power Point, PowerBI
4. Communicate and present in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading)
5. Strong adaptability and work under pressure mindset
6. Transportation by Company Bus / Van (NO parking for Car, Motorcycle)
