Test Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing engagements across multiple client projects and transformation programmes.
• Define test strategies, plans, governance frameworks, and quality standards to support successful project delivery.
• Manage and mentor Test Managers, Test Leads, and QA teams, including offshore and third-party resources.
• Oversee test execution, defect management, risk assessment, and release readiness activities.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to provide testing leadership, quality assurance advisory, and delivery oversight.
• Drive adoption of test automation, quality engineering, and industry best practices.
• Support business development activities, proposals, and solutioning for testing and quality-related opportunities.
• Ensure testing deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or quality engineering, with significant experience leading large-scale programmes.
• Proven track record managing testing across multiple projects, clients, and delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of test management methodologies, test automation, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, vendors, and geographically distributed teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Consulting or professional services experience is highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent are advantageous.
