SAP Development Lead

ABAB, S/4HANA - 12 months initial contract.

We are looking for an experienced SAP Development Lead to lead the development workstream for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Responsibilities Lead SAP development activities across ABAP, RICEFW, integrations and custom solutions. Manage development standards, code reviews and overall build quality. Develop and oversee solutions using ABAP, ABAP for HANA, RAP, CDS Views, OData and Fiori/UI5. Drive SAP clean-core development and extensibility using SAP BTP, RAP and related technologies. Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and specifications. Support testing, defect resolution, performance optimisation, data migration and cutover activities. Manage SAP developers across onshore and offshore teams. Requirements 10+ years of SAP development experience. At least 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. Strong hands-on experience with ABAP, S/4HANA, RAP, CDS, OData and Fiori/UI5. Good experience with RICEFW, interfaces, forms and enhancements. Understanding of SAP clean-core principles and SAP BTP. Strong experience with code reviews, performance tuning and SAP development best practices. Previous experience leading SAP development teams. Relevant SAP certification is preferred. Singapore public-sector or secure/restricted environment experience would be advantageous. Mandarin speaking is required for this role to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and project teams.
