Microsoft Security Associate Manager (Banking / Cybersecurity)

Location : Singapore, onsite as required; occasional regional travel may be required overseas, Employmen t Type: 12-month contract with possible extension

Role Overview:

Lead the end-to-end production deployment of Microsoft Purview Information Protection across multiple countries for a regulated enterprise environment.

Core Scope:

• Implement sensitivity labels, publishing policies, custom and out-of-the-box Sensitive Information Types, auto-labelling policies, and Microsoft Information Protection scanner for on-premises file servers and NAS.

Platforms Covered:

• SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Windows file servers, and NAS repositories.

Delivery Responsibilities:

Manage production testing, country rollout planning, deployment readiness, change windows, runbooks, RAID logs, and hypercare support for approximately two months per country.

Required Experience:

10+ years in cybersecurity, including at least 5 years in client-facing consulting, delivery leadership, or enterprise security implementation roles.

Key technical Stack:

Microsoft Purview Information Protection, sensitivity labels, auto-labelling, SITs, label policies, MIP scanner, Purview DLP, Insider Risk Management, DSPM, and Information Barriers.

Industry Experience:

Proven success delivering production rollouts in regulated environments; banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred.

Stakeholder Management:

Facilitate workshops, provide status reporting, coordinate with Microsoft and enterprise teams, and manage senior client stakeholders.

Certifications:

SC-400 or SC-401 is strongly preferred; Cybersecurity Architect Expert, CISSP, or CDPSE is an advantage.
