We deal with the supply of metallurgical and mechanical engineering products, including services for automotive. In the vast majority of business cases, we cooperate with foreign companies, therefore a certain qualitative level of negotiation and conduct in business relationships is required. In the long term, we anticipate that this new male/female worker would take over responsibility for managing our entire company (within a horizon of 1-2 years). We consider loyalty, flexibility, correctness, and seriousness to be essential moral and personal qualities.
