Site Engineer

About the role

As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of construction projects across Singapore. Responsible for managing on-site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of projects, this full-time position is pivotal to the company's continued growth and expansion.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of construction teams on site

Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule

Ensuring construction activities adhere to all relevant safety, quality and environmental standards

Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to address concerns and facilitate seamless project delivery

Reviewing and approving technical drawings, permits and other documentation

Maintaining accurate records and providing progress reports to management

Providing guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

Min 2 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction-focused role

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and applicable regulations

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and project management skills

Highly organised with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
