Junior Service Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Service Engineer to join our team. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates interested in CNC machines, industrial machinery, electronics, mechanical systems and hands-on technical work.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of CNC machines.
• Assist with troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical and control-related issues.
• Diagnose machine faults and assist with repairs and component replacement.
• Read and use electrical drawings, mechanical drawings and technical manuals for troubleshooting.
• Use digital and AI tools to research technical information and assist with problem-solving.
• Attend customer sites in Singapore for servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, Electronics / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on technical work and using tools.
• Comfortable using computers, digital tools and AI tools for learning and technical problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and work in an industrial environment.
• Good communication skills.
