Store Manager (Japanese Food) CentralWorld Branch

• Manage and oversee all restaurant operations to ensure they meet standards
• Manage restaurant equipment, forecast demand, and maintain inventory
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Supervise the store to ensure it is always clean, orderly, and hygienic
• Manage service staff, including part-time staff
• Resolve front-of-house problems and situations
• Train and develop staff to achieve high work potential, including probation assessments and performance evaluations of service staff
• Coordinate with management and headquarters
• And other assigned duties

Qualifications: Age 25-40 years old and above Have at least 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverage business Have at least 2 years of experience in management or manager level Able to communicate well in English, Japanese, and Chinese (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) Able to use computers and Microsoft Office programs Have an interest in or passion for food Have responsibility Have skills in negotiation, coordination, and good immediate problem-solving skills Able to work in shifts Able to start work immediately
