High-End Customer Care: Since CentralwOrld has customers with high purchasing power, you must remember the preferences of regular customers and notify them of new products or special promotions through channels such as WeChat.

Problem Solving: Handle inquiries or complaints with calmness and politeness, following luxury service standards.

Merchandising: Maintain the neatness of display cases and ensure the jewelry is always clean and shiny.

Inventory: Carefully count incoming and outgoing products daily, as the products are of very high value.

After-Sales Coordination: Handle requests for repairs, cleaning, or ring resizing.

1. Market Analysis and Promotions

Trend Updates: Track which styles are popular among Chinese tourists during certain periods or identify upcoming festivals (e.g., Chinese New Year, Wan Jai) to plan product presentations effectively.

Tax and Payment Knowledge: Advise on VAT Refund procedures and be proficient in using payment systems popular among Chinese customers, such as Alipay or WeChat Pay.

Qualifications: Education: Grade 9 - Bachelor's Degree 1-2 years of sales or service experience; experience in Luxury Brand / Jewelry sales will be given special consideration. Good personality, neat appearance, looking professional and credible (due to selling high-value products). Service Mind: Passionate about service, cheerful, and highly resilient under pressure. Attention to Detail: Products are small and expensive; must be careful when handling and counting. Time Flexibility: Able to work in shifts according to department store opening-closing hours (including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
