Mortgage & Home Finance Officer - VI, Lagos

About the Role

Our client operates within the housing and real estate ecosystem and is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Mortagage and Home Finance Officer to guide clients through mortgage and property financing options.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage products, financing options, and homeownership pathways.

• Understand client needs and financial circumstances before making recommendations.

• Explain eligibility, documentation, costs, timelines, and processes clearly.

• Guide clients through mortgage applications and documentation.

• Coordinate with financial institutions, developers, and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate client records and provide timely updates throughout the process.

• Handle and escalate client concerns and complaints professionally.

• Support client engagement through campaigns, webinars, and outreach.

• Stay updated on mortgage products, regulations, and market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in mortgage advisory, banking, financial services, or real estate consulting.

• Strong understanding of mortgage products and the Nigerian real estate/financial services sector.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/client management tools.
