At NFQ Advisory, we are looking for a Process Consultant with experience in process reengineering and optimization within the financial sector, capable of analyzing end-to-end business processes and proposing innovative solutions supported by technology and Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills, ease of relating to different levels of the organization, and an extroverted personality, capable of actively participating in sessions with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

What will be your main challenge? You will be responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing End to End processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency to drive the transformation of our financial sector clients. Additionally, you will participate in strategic initiatives where you can incorporate the use of Artificial Intelligence into projects, contributing to the development of innovative and high-impact solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in process reengineering, analysis, and optimization.
• Knowledge and experience in process modeling using BPMN.
• Experience in End to End process analysis.
• Indispensable experience in the financial sector.
• Experience participating in transformation and process improvement projects.
• Interest or experience in the application of Artificial Intelligence within business projects and processes.
• Analytical capacity, critical thinking, and results orientation.

Academic background Completed Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering.
