- Providing harm minimisation, sexual health and wellbeing resources and practical support.
- Supporting specialist clinics, empowerment activities, wellbeing sessions and workshops.
- Working with people experiencing multiple disadvantage and responding appropriately to immediate needs.
- Identifying safeguarding concerns and undertaking dynamic risk assessments in line with organisational procedures.
- Developing positive relationships with statutory, voluntary and community organisations.
- Maintaining accurate case records, monitoring information and service user data.
- Working flexibly to reach marginalised and hard-to-reach communities.

- An understanding of safeguarding and risk management.
- The ability to work collaboratively with partner organisations and colleagues.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Competence using Microsoft Office and electronic case management or client database systems.
- Experience of working within the *** work sector, facilitating group or wellbeing activities, supporting volunteers, or working with statutory and voluntary organisations would be desirable, but is not essential.

- Employer pension contribution.
- Flexible working where operationally appropriate.
