Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)
About the Role We are looking for a Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker) who is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable with a dynamic working environment. This role will provide personal and administrative support, including assisting with schedules, communication, travel arrangements, and other day-to-day matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily personal and administrative tasks.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Accompany and assist during meetings, events, business trips, or other activities when required.
- Handle communication and coordination in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Assist with bookings, transportation, accommodation, and other travel-related arrangements.
- Handle confidential information professionally and maintain a high level of discretion.
- Be prepared to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
- Must have a valid passport and be ready for international travel.
- Flexible with working hours and schedules; working hours may vary depending on the principal’s schedule.
- Highly adaptable, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar role is a plus.
- Driver’s license and ability to drive would be an advantage, if relevant to the role.
