Your impact in this role: You will be responsible for connecting our guests with the best experiences of the destination, identifying their needs and offering tours, activities, and services that exceed their expectations, while contributing to the fulfillment of commercial objectives.

What you will actually do:

• Provide personalized attention to our guests and identify their needs.
• Promote and sell tours, activities, and tourist experiences.
• Recommend options and services according to each client's preferences.
• Follow up with potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships of trust that favor future sales and loyalty.
• Achieve established commercial objectives.
• Collect feedback from guests to contribute to the continuous improvement of the experience.
• Resolve unexpected situations and adapt to changes in the client's plans.

• Fulfillment of sales objectives and goals.

• Advanced conversational English.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
