Your impact in this role: You will be responsible for accompanying and assisting our passengers during their transfers, guaranteeing an exceptional service experience from their departure from the hotel until their arrival at the airport. Your management will directly impact customer satisfaction and the perception of quality of our service at the destination.

What you will actually do:

• Accompany our passengers during their hotel-airport transfers
• Guide, inform, and assist visitors during the journey
• Manage groups of passengers during scheduled transfers
• Ensure a cordial, professional, and customer-oriented service experience
• Resolve doubts and provide support during the trip
• Represent NexusTours service standards at all times

How your success is measured:

• Passenger satisfaction level during the transfer
• Quality of attention and experience provided
• Correct management of groups and operational times
• Compliance with service and operation standards
• Positive feedback from customers and operations

What we are looking for in you:

• Intermediate / advanced conversational English (indispensable)
• A liking for customer service and interacting with people of different nationalities
• Excellent service attitude
• Ability to manage groups and provide clear guidance
• Schedule availability
