Your impact in this role:

You will be the host for our passengers upon their arrival in Puerto Vallarta, providing them with cordial and personalized attention, guiding them toward their transportation, and ensuring they have the necessary information to start their vacations in the best possible way.

What you will actually do:

• Receive and welcome our passengers upon their arrival at the airport.
• Provide cordial, friendly attention oriented toward the needs of each client.
• Guide passengers toward the corresponding transportation area.
• Perform a brief check-in and validate the necessary information.
• Provide information and guidance to facilitate the start of their experience at the destination.
• Channel clients to the hospitality desk when appropriate.
• Resolve basic doubts and provide support for any situation that may arise during arrival.
• Maintain effective communication with the teams involved in the operation.

How your success is measured:

• Quality and warmth in passenger service.
• Compliance with reception and orientation processes.
• Correct channeling of passengers to transportation and the hospitality desk.
• Customer satisfaction and experience.
• Achievement of channeling objectives and commercial results.

What we are looking for in you:

• Conversational English.
• Conversational French (desirable).
• Experience in customer service and attention.
• Excellent service attitude and ease in relating to people of different nationalities.
• Effective communication and customer orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work in airport operations and according to established schedules.
