Office Traffic Agent - Bilingual

Your impact in this role: You will be responsible for coordinating and managing airport-hotel-airport transportation operations, ensuring efficient allocation of services and providers to guarantee punctual operational execution aligned with the company's service standards.

What you will actually do:

• Analyze, plan, assemble, and manage airport-hotel-airport transportation services
• Verify that transfer services are coordinated as requested
• Ensure the correct allocation of services to transportation providers
• Provide timely follow-up on changes, extras, and incidents during operation
• Maintain effective communication with providers to ensure operational continuity

How your success is measured:

• Compliance level in the coordination of scheduled services
• Correct allocation and follow-up of providers
• Response time to operational changes
• Reduction of incidents in transfer execution
• Compliance with operational and service standards

What we are looking for in you:

• Previous experience in tourism, transportation, and/or DMC
• Knowledge of transportation reservation terminology
• Experience in dealing with transfer providers
• High capacity for organization and operational follow-up
• Schedule availability for rotating shifts
