Validation Specialist

NextVision is the market leader in the field of micro-stabilized gimballed cameras. Our products are in use for commercial, industrial, and security applications and mounted on ground, aerial and maritime platforms. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Validation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing electro-mechanical products and a strong technical orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the production line with a focus on software-related issues.
• Define and document requirements for the development of internal software tools to support production needs.
• Test and validate new software versions prior to release.
• Conduct evaluations of new products and generate detailed defect reports for R&D teams.
• Test product features to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Record and track identified bugs in an organized manner.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports summarizing findings and results.
• Develop structured test procedures aligned with product features and requirements

• Final-year student or B.Sc. graduate / practical engineer / graduate of a relevant technical certification program in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics – required
• 1-2 years of experience in testing electro-mechanic products
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, C#, or C++) – required
• Good English reading and comprehension skills – required
• Understanding of product validation processes
• Good understanding of computers and technical orientation
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work according to defined procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
