Logistics Coordinator

NextVision - a leading company in its field engaged in the development and manufacturing of stabilized cameras.

The company's products are used commercially, industrially, and for defense, and are installed on ground, aerial, and maritime platforms. We are looking for a Logistics and Operations Coordinator for our logistics department. The role includes end-to-end operation of the import and shipping system in a manufacturing-technological company, and routine work with suppliers, shipping and forwarding companies, and company departments.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and preparing export shipments for the company's customers abroad.
• Planning and managing receiving, issuing, and international shipping processes.
• Maintaining routine contact with suppliers, shipping and forwarding companies, and logistics entities.
• Routine updating and generating reports in the Priority system.

Requirements:

• Experience in export/import coordination from a manufacturing company - Mandatory
• Familiarity with customs processes and import/export legality.
• Familiarity with defense export – Advantage
• Working with customs brokers, suppliers, and shipping companies.
• High level of English.
• Full proficiency in Office applications and ERP systems (Priority) – Advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, high level of order and precision.
• Service orientation and ability to work in a team.
