We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Farsi Speaking Payments Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer payments. You will be responsible for monitoring transactions, performing reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and resolving payment-related issues while maintaining high operational standards.

Process and monitor customer payments across various channels (e.g., credit cards, ACH, etc.) to ensure accuracy and adherence.
Analyze and reconcile payment data to identify discrepancies and errors.
Research and resolve payment processing issues, such as failed transactions, chargebacks, and disputes, in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with customers, merchants, and internal teams to resolve payment-related inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all payment transactions and activities.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements for payment processing.
Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to mitigate fraud and errors.
Assist with onboarding new merchants and ensuring proper account setup for payment processing.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within payment operations.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial services or payments processing role.
A proficient level of Farsi is required; a good level of English is also necessary, and any additional language knowledge will be a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and a working knowledge of accounting principles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine desire to learn and stay updated on the latest trends in payment processing technologies.
