NEXTON is recruiting a Senior UX Designer M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!
Your future work environment
As an UX Designer, you will put your expertise to work in the design and improvement of business tools, internal applications, and platforms with high operational value. You will support our clients in the digitalization of their processes and the optimization of the user experience within complex environments.
You will work in close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI Designers, Developers, and business experts, within an Agile framework.
Your missions
You will intervene in all stages of the UX process, from understanding user needs to the validation of solutions.
You will analyze usages, business constraints, and existing processes in order to design high-performance, intuitive interfaces adapted to the needs of end users. Your approach is resolutely User Centric, while integrating the operational, technical, and business challenges of the project.
You will conduct user research phases by performing interviews, field observations, ergonomic audits of existing applications, and user journey analyses. You will identify pain points, formalize needs, and propose areas for improvement. You will also ensure continuous monitoring of UX best practices and market solutions.
You will facilitate co-design, journey mapping, ideation, and prioritization workshops with business teams and stakeholders to bring forth solutions adapted to functional challenges.
You will design user journeys, information architecture, and navigation paths. You will create user flows, zoning, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate concepts before their development.
You will prepare, facilitate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative user tests to measure the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. You will formulate ergonomic recommendations and support product teams in a continuous improvement process.
A sensitivity to the issues of journey simplification, business process optimization, and the design of high-information-density interfaces will be particularly appreciated.
You have a strong knowledge of UX methods with at least 7 years of experience as a UX Designer.
You are passionate and constantly observe market evolution, Design trends, and technological novelties. Thus, you master the tool Figma and know UX methodologies and its ergonomic principles.
Your ability to communicate and work in agile mode with different teams and departments is necessary.
Finally, you are bilingual in English.
