NEXTON is recruiting a Software Engineer Full Stack Senior M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

For one of our major accounts, you will join a strategic R&D innovation hub dedicated to the deployment of high-impact technological solutions (portfolio management, R&D and production interconnection). Within an agile and multidisciplinary team of about twenty people (Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Owners), you will evolve in an environment distinguished by a very high delivery pace (3 to 4 deployments per week) and ultra-advanced AI maturity (90% to 95% of code generated via tools like Claude Code / Claude).

Your missions:

Full Stack Development & Architecture:

You will design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications on Cloud/Serverless architectures.

You will ensure architectural rigor, code quality, and adherence to a Security Champion posture.

AI-Driven Development:

You will use LLMs and code generation tools (Claude Code) on a daily basis to accelerate production.

You will provide a high level of critical insight to audit, secure, and correct generated code.

Delivery & Collaboration:

You will actively participate in the continuous delivery cadence (code reviews / PRs, tests, CI/CD, deployment every 2 to 3 days).

You will work in close synergy with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Product Owners with a challenger posture regarding business needs.

Your deliverables:

• Your Full Stack application components (Frontend & Backend).
• Your code reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD deployment packages.
• Your technical documentation and architectural decisions.

Your experience:

You are a Senior profile with solid experience in JavaScript / TypeScript Full Stack development.

Your Hard Skills:

• Confirmed mastery of React, Node.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS and Serverless architectures.
• Fluent English is essential (international team and environment).

Your AI mastery (Key criterion):

You practice AI-assisted dev on a daily basis (advanced prompting, assisted refactoring, test generation) with a strong capacity for auditing and quality control.
