NEXTON is recruiting a Service Designer M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future working environment:

You will intervene as a Service Designer on a mission at one of our clients.

Your missions:

  • You conduct audits, interviews, and field observations to understand real needs (and not just those in the brief).
  • You create detailed User Journeys and Service Blueprints. You make the invisible visible: touchpoints, internal processes, and moments of truth.
  • You are the conductor. You facilitate workshops with stakeholders to bring forth innovative and aligned solutions.
  • You do not stay in theory; you design prototypes (physical, digital, or organizational) to test your hypotheses quickly.
  • You participate in regular meetings with the project team to present your progress, gather feedback, and adjust the trajectory.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. You have already navigated complex environments (media agencies or large media companies).
  • You master Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies inside out.
  • You are bilingual/expert level in English.
  • FigJam, Miro, or LucidChart are your best friends for structuring thought. Your documentation is clear, visual, and actionable.
