NEXTON is recruiting an Intune and Windows Workstation Expert M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

Within the Digital Workplace activity, you will join the Workplace Operations team as a true Workstation Lead. Your role consists of managing the integration and deployment of new equipment and services, guaranteeing a high-performance and secure working environment (office tools, collaborative tools, hardware, and business applications) for all employees.

Your missions:

Within our expert teams, your missions will be as follows:

• Collect, scope, and formalize new needs from requesters.
• Evaluate, compare, and validate different technical solutions for the workstation environment.
• Manage the integration and deployment of new equipment or services (testing phases followed by production).
• Perform the reporting and communication necessary for project monitoring (progress reports, schedules, alert points).
• Ensure operational deployment by writing DEX / DAT and training support teams.
• Guarantee long-term operation (evolution of solutions) and measure the quality of service delivered via dashboards.
• Build skills across all Digital Workplace applications as well as business applications.

You have at least 15 years of experience, ideally split between 10 years in Workplace technical project integration and 5 years within Digital Workplace support or engineering teams.

Your technical skills:

• Environments & OS: Mastery of Windows 11 and macOS.
• Collaborative & Office: Mastery of the Office 365 suite and collaborative tools.
• ITSM Tools & Solutions: Practice of Service Now, Uniflow (copiers), Cisco & Logitech video-conferencing equipment.
• Languages: Professional English level allowing for fluency both orally and in writing.

Your human and interpersonal qualities:

• Dynamism, autonomy, rigor, organization, and being proactive.
• Excellent mastery of evaluating priorities, risks, and stakes.
• Team spirit and an appetite for cross-functional collaboration with other departments (Canal Tech, Moyens Généraux, etc.).
• Excellent oral and written communication, writing skills, and ability to synthesize information.
