NEXTON is recruiting a Proxy Product Owner M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Proxy Product Owner (M/F).

Reporting to the digital expertise center, you are responsible for:

• Managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial design to delivery and beyond.
• Acting as the guarantor of the end-to-end process vision (up to the manager's impact and steering).
• Monitoring product performance and communicating on performance evolution.

Your missions:

• Steering the maturation and delivery phase on a value chain.
• Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog based on technical and platform constraints and business requirements.
• Writing user stories while acting as the guarantor for the definition of acceptance criteria.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, review, retro …).
• Working in close collaboration with development teams (Web and mobile) to ensure a fast and efficient response to problems.
• Working with UX/UI teams to design journeys and the product during the Discovery phase.
• Ensuring the consistency of journeys between the mobile application and the website.
• Mastering testing on mobile applications.
• Validating product increments at the end of each sprint with respect to the US.
• Supervising production deployments.
• Using monitoring tools to track product performance in production, producing regular reports, and sharing them with stakeholders.
• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product usage and performance.
• Collecting and integrating feedback from users and stakeholders to refine requirements and improve the product.
• Producing documentation for digital products.

With higher education (BAC+5), you possess proven experience as a Proxy / Product Owner in an Agile/SAFe environment.

You possess the ability to unite and build trust with interlocutors; you know how to make decisions and facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders.

You are autonomous in organizing your work and rigorous in accomplishing your tasks.

You have a sense of responsibility, adaptability, and listening skills.

You possess good analytical and synthesis skills.

You know how to show initiative and how to be proactive in order to seek pragmatic and implementable solutions.

You have excellent oral, written, and reporting communication skills.

You have a good understanding of technical issues and an IT culture.

You are comfortable with English and evolving in an international context poses no problem for you.
