NEXTON is recruiting a Product Owner Salesforce M/F, on a CDI (permanent contract), in Lyon!

Your future working environment:

You are joining a large international group engaged in large-scale digital transformation projects. Within a team dedicated to digital solutions for commerce, you will drive the evolution of a strategic customer portal and the optimization of the CRM ecosystem. Your role? To act as a bridge between business processes and technical teams to provide a fluid, high-performance, and business-oriented Salesforce platform.

Your missions:

As the privileged interface between business and IT, your daily activities revolve around 4 pillars:

• Requirements gathering and scoping: you lead workshops with business units (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to model their processes and translate them into clear specifications ( URS ).
• Product cycle management: you write User Stories, prioritize Salesforce functionalities (standard vs custom), and lead Agile rituals.
• Expertise and data: you ensure the relevance of deployed modules and the quality of customer data within the CRM.
• Validation and adoption: you manage UAT, guarantee the compliance of deliverables, and support change management for users internationally.

We are looking for a hybrid profile, combining business vision and operational mastery of Salesforce.

• Your background: Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a PO or MOA, with a strong specialization in CRM tools.
• Your Salesforce expertise: You master the deployment and integration of modules (Sales/Service Cloud). You have already managed complete lifecycles (from design to run).
• Your English level: Fluent / Bilingual. You operate in a 100% international context.
• Your KPI mindset: You are results-oriented and know how to measure the actual adoption of tools by sales representatives/users.
