NEXTON is recruiting a Product Owner - Media M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

The Digital Technical department of one of our media accounts leads cross-functional projects in close collaboration with other departments, serving content and service publishers.

In this context, the Technical department needs support for a Product Owner mission.

Your missions:

Within an Agile team composed of a Product Owner, developers, and a Scrum Master, you will work on the interfacing between different services of the group's ecosystem. As such, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders within the group's Digital Department to build and evolve the product.
• Gathering user needs and performing precise functional scoping.
• Managing the product backlog and driving roadmaps as well as Agile ceremonies.
• Performing acceptance testing, implementing KPIs, and ensuring their monitoring to guarantee product performance.
• Ensuring the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of products in production.
• Managing incidents and organizing the delivery of the product to internal clients.
• Documenting evolutions and ensuring fluid communication with all stakeholders.

You have significant experience in at least one media company. You have solid experience as a Product Owner on Agile projects, and you master every phase of product development, from ideation to production management (run). You are perfectly familiar with Jira and Confluence tools, as well as the technical concepts of API and Proxy. You are comfortable with data regulations (RGPD, trackers) and you master segmentation and targeting techniques. You have excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and stakeholders, and you speak fluent technical English.
