NEXTON is recruiting a Product Owner M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

Within one of our major account clients, you will join a company undergoing full digital transformation, driven by a strong ambition around generative AI. You will lead a new strategic program dedicated to the creation of internal applications powered by artificial intelligence.

Your missions:

  • You will lead the team using Agile methodology: backlog, sprints, rituals.
  • You will define and adjust the product roadmap according to business objectives.
  • You will prioritize needs and integrate stakeholder feedback.
  • You will monitor KPIs/OKRs to measure performance and impact.
  • You will promote the adoption and usage of the developed AI solutions.
  • You will ensure continuous monitoring of developments in generative AI.

With higher education (BAC+5), you have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner. Good mastery of Agile/SCRUM methods and product management.

Knowledge of generative AI models and their application uses.

Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Fluent English is imperative.
