NEXTON is recruiting a Product Migration & Project Manager M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!
Your future working environment:
As part of strategic technical and product convergence projects, you will join the Global Product Direction of our client to lead major migration programs for back-end systems and streaming experiences toward shared global platforms. Working at the intersection of Product, Technology, PMO, and Business Units, you will play a key role in ensuring a simple and reliable transition for millions of subscribers.
Your missions:
Within our teams of experts, your missions will be as follows:
- Lead platform migration projects on behalf of the Product team, from the scoping and discovery phase to deployment and post-launch monitoring (hypercare).
- Develop and maintain the global migration roadmap, including scope, milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, and critical paths.
- Act as the main point of contact between the Global Product team, Global PMO, Tech teams, Business Units, and other project stakeholders.
- Translate technical evolutions into clear impacts for the client, the product, and the company, by identifying affected journeys, features, and operational processes.
- Synchronize Product Managers, Product Architects, Platform Product Managers, and Product Marketing Managers around project progress, dependencies, and upcoming decisions.
- Qualify product-related topics and lead arbitration sessions when technical constraints, customer experience, and business priorities must be balanced.
- Coordinate migration preparation through functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), operational preparation, pilot populations, cutover plans, rollback scenarios, and go-live criteria.
- Ensure that critical subscriber journeys remain simple, reliable, and consistent throughout the transition.
- Identify and document legitimate local requirements and distinguish them from historical complexity.
- Collaborate with User Research and Product Analytics teams to assess the impact of the migration, validate the target experience, and gather feedback.
- Prepare the migration and customer adoption plan with Product Marketing, Customer Relations, CRM, Marketing, and local operational teams.
- Organize and contribute to project governance.
- Define and monitor migration success indicators (completion rate, service incidents, journey completion, contact rate, customer satisfaction, adoption, conversion, churn).
- Conduct post-migration lessons learned (REX) to inform future deployments.
With higher education (BAC+3/5) in computer science, business school, or equivalent, you have at least three years of experience in management consulting, project/program management, Product Operations, or a similar transformation role.
Your qualities and technical skills are as follows:
- Successful contribution to technological, platform, or data migration programs impacting B2C customer experience.
- Mastery of Product Management environments and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Design, Marketing, and Customer Relations.
- Understanding of technical issues and the ability to translate architectural constraints into issues understandable by the client and the business.
- Experience in project governance, dependency management, risk reduction, testing, cutover preparation, and post-launch monitoring.
- Proficiency in English is essential in an international environment.
Your transversal qualities and skills are as follows:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to assimilate complex information, make arbitrations visible, and transform ambiguity into clear decisions.
- Communication and facilitation: Ability to create alignment between different countries, business lines, and hierarchical levels.
- Customer orientation and rigor: A structured and data-driven approach, combined with a strong sense of customer service.
- Autonomy and proactivity: Ability to scope projects, lead committees, and advance topics with full independence.
