NEXTON is recruiting a Product Manager M/F, on a CDI, in Paris!
Your future work environment:
To support one of our major clients in the hospitality sector and as part of strategic projects aimed at modernizing customer journeys and digital services, you will play a key role within an agile team. You will bring your business vision from the hospitality industry to enrich the user experience and drive the product roadmap.
Your missions:
Within the teams of experts, your missions will be as follows:
- Lead the detailed analysis of user needs to understand the business context, journeys, and data.
- Define the product roadmap by framing the project in terms of governance, key milestones, and resources.
- Actively participate in the Design and Build of solutions in collaboration with technical and design teams.
- Identify and study market innovations to propose differentiating features.
- Ensure efficient communication with management and various stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the quality and impact of deliverables.
Qualifications
With higher education (Master's degree) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent, you must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Manager position.
Your qualities and technical skills:
- Sector Expertise: You have significant and mandatory experience in the Hospitality sector.
- Languages: Fluent mastery of English is indispensable (international context).
- Product Culture: Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools.
- Data Analysis: Ability to drive by data to guide product choices.
Your transversal qualities and skills:
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to diagnose user friction points and propose effective solutions.
- Communication: Aptitude to collaborate with various stakeholders, both technical and business.
- Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to take initiative and be a source of proposals.
