Your future working environment Within our Factory, you will join the product team, distributed between Saint-Augustin (19) and Paris (75). The NEXTON Factory is our Made in France digital production center, combining proximity and operational excellence for our Major Account clients.

Your tasks

As a Product Engineer, you will contribute to the development of high-performance, robust digital products centered on user needs.

In this role, you will be required to

• Participate in the functional and technical design of products in collaboration with Product Managers, Product Owners, Designers, and business teams.
• Develop features while guaranteeing code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• Contribute to the definition of technical architecture and technological choices.
• Implement development best practices (Clean Code, automated tests, code reviews, CI/CD).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and be a proactive force in the continuous improvement of processes.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure the reliability of solutions put into production.
• Maintain technological watch and share your knowledge with the teams.

Requirements

You hold a higher education degree (Master's level) from an engineering school, business school, or university with a specialization in computer science, software development, or equivalent.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer, or Product Engineer position, ideally in an ESN, consulting firm, or product environment.

You master

• one or more development languages (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Kotlin, C#…),
• modern frameworks (Spring Boot, React, Angular, Vue.js, Node.js…),
• REST APIs and distributed architectures,
• Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP),
• DevOps and CI/CD practices,
• Git and Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for evolving in international contexts.
