NEXTON is recruiting a Senior Mobile App Product Designer M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

As part of strategic projects related to e-commerce performance and the purchasing journey, you will play a key role within our teams. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing the user experience within the scope of the mobile application and the check-out, in close collaboration with various stakeholders.

Your missions:

Business & strategy — Imagine and formalize the Design elements of the product strategy:

• Understand business and user challenges in order to translate them into opportunities.
• Challenge and integrate business issues into your work.

Discovery — Understand user problems and design the best possible experiences:

• Define the scope of topics with your POs, the Business, and the Tech.
• De-risk opportunities through research (quantitative and qualitative) in order to identify and specify problems and expectations: data analysis, tactical surveys, interviews or user tests, etc.
• Formalize all user knowledge in the form of deliverables adapted to the product stakeholders (personas, JTBD, etc.).
• Explore and design different solutions supported by the definition of measurable KPIs, during workshops with stakeholders.
• Test and validate selected solutions with users via user testing or A/B testing.

Delivery — Ensure smooth and high-quality delivery by supporting the product team:

• Be a major player in delivery quality through close collaboration with POs and developers (quality handoffs, meticulous QA, etc.).
• Use the Design System, as both a contributor and a guarantor of its consistency.

With higher education in design, computer science, or equivalent, you must have a minimum of 6 years of successful experience as a Product Designer on iOS and Android mobile apps.

Your technical skills are as follows:

• Mastery of methodology and tools related to Product Design.
• Mastery of user experience design on both strategic and operational levels, with the ability to explain it to both expert and novice interlocutors.
• Proven experience in designing journeys on iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Solid professional experience in the B2C Consumer sector and e-commerce (notably on payment and check-out topics).

Your transversal skills are as follows:

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with interlocutors from different departments; strong sharing spirit to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present analysis results in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to prepare and lead presentations in English.

Knowledge of the hospitality sector is a plus.
