NEXTON is recruiting a Senior Product Designer – Business Tools M/F, in CDI, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

As a Senior Product Designer, you will join a product team within one of our clients, a major player in its sector. You will work on business applications and internal platforms (B2E/B2B) with high stakes for operational efficiency, productivity, and user adoption, in an agile and performance-oriented context.

Your missions:

• You design intuitive, ergonomic, and high-performance business software and internal tools capable of simplifying complex operational processes.
• You lead product thinking, from the discovery phase to delivery, in close collaboration with business experts, Product Owners, and Tech teams.
• You translate dense management rules and business constraints into fluid employee journeys, clear dashboards, and efficient interfaces.
• You create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to quickly test, iterate, and validate concepts with field users.
• You guarantee interface consistency and contribute to the enrichment of the Design Systems within the application ecosystem.
• You leverage user research (field observations, business interviews) to reduce mental load, eliminate friction, and maximize tool adoption.
• You facilitate co-design workshops with business teams and facilitate alignment between different stakeholders.
• You support developers in implementation and ensure the integration quality of features.

You are passionate about solving dense functional problems and designing tools that transform the daily lives of employees. You understand operational value, business stakes, and know how to design useful, usable, and high-performance tools.

You master the design of B2E/B2B SaaS tools, the management of dense workflows, dashboards, and complex management rules.

You are comfortable with rapid iteration, prototyping dense journeys, and validation with internal users.

You rely on qualitative research (field visits, double listening, immersion workshops) to map and optimize processes.

You know how to simplify complex subjects, argue your choices, and co-construct with business experts and technical teams.

You take initiative, structure the design process, and actively contribute to product decisions.

You thrive naturally in an agile and multidisciplinary environment (Scrum, SAFe).

Mastery of English is imperative for this mission.
