NEXTON is recruiting an AI Expert Product Designer M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

As part of strategic projects for one of our major clients in the Tourism and Hospitality sector, you will play a key role in transforming interfaces via artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for integrating generative AI tools into design workflows to optimize the user experience on high-traffic e-commerce platforms.

Your missions:

Within our teams of experts, your missions will be as follows:

• Design and iterate on innovative interfaces using AI-assisted design tools.
• Lead the detailed analysis of user needs to create fluid and personalized journeys.
• Provide your technical expertise on the use of AI (Image generation, component generation, workflow automation).
• Support creative teams in adopting new practices related to artificial intelligence.
• Actively participate in Design, prototyping, and user testing phases.
• Identify and study technical innovations and new AI tools in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Ensure efficient communication in English with international stakeholders.

With higher education (BAC+3/5) in graphic design, UX/UI or equivalent, you possess significant experience in a digital environment, ideally in E-commerce or Tourism.

Your qualities and technical skills are as follows:

• Deep mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Solid knowledge of generative AI tools applied to design (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT/DALL-E).
• Proven skills in interactive prototyping.
• Familiarity with conversion and UX issues specific to the hospitality sector.
• Imperative mastery of English (international context).
