Your missions:
Within our teams of experts, you will be in charge of:

- Leading work with stakeholders to define the impacts on incident, change, and request management processes carried by the applications, while ensuring consistency with the global strategy.
- Defining the project's QA roadmap by framing test projects in terms of governance, environments, key milestones, tooling, and resources.
- Conducting the production of deliverables (test strategies, campaign reports, quality indicators) in compliance with established methodological standards (ISTQB).
- Leading the implementation of automated tests while proactively treating detected anomalies and escalating major regression risks if necessary.
- Defining and continuously monitoring test coverage and bug density indicators to evaluate the maturity and quality of versions before their deployment.
- Ensuring efficient communication within the project governance and with IT Management and platform managers.
With higher education (BAC+3/5) in computer science or equivalent, you possess significant experience (5 years and more) as a QA Engineer or Test Lead, with a confirmed specialization in Atlassian and ServiceNow tools.

- Knowledge of market standards: Mastery of ISTQB concepts and anomaly management methodologies.
Your transversal qualities and skills are as follows:
