For one of our clients, you will join the product / marketing team as a Lead Product Manager.

Your missions:

Your role is to steer your product toward new heights. Here are your main missions:

Product Strategy:

Define the product vision: You develop and carry the product vision in accordance with the company's strategic objectives.

Develop the product strategy: You develop and implement a product strategy to move toward your product vision.

Plan and prioritize: You define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements based on their impact and feasibility.

Monitor product performance: You evaluate product performance using KPIs and metrics to ensure its continuous success and make rational decisions based on data.

Product Discovery:

Analyze the market and competition: You conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.

Conduct user research: You lead qualitative and quantitative studies - interviews, surveys, analytics... - to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and frustrations.

Define and validate hypotheses: You formulate hypotheses on potential solutions to identified problems, and you plan and execute validation tests (prototypes, user tests, A/B tests).

Product Delivery:

Be the guardian of the roadmap: You ensure the implementation of the roadmap and continuously update it based on deliveries and learnings from discovery.

Drive team delivery: You ensure that each iteration adds value to the product, you track sprint progress, and you ensure the product quality level.

Communicate with development teams: You ensure that product requirements are understood and you respond to questions and concerns quickly.

Coordination and Management:

Manage the product lifecycle: You supervise product development, from conception to market launch, including testing and launch phases.

Team coordination: You work in close collaboration with development, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product alignment and consistency.

Governance: You implement effective governance to ensure fluid communication and rapid decision-making.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

KPIs and Analysis: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success after launch.

User Feedback: Implement mechanisms for collecting user feedback and data analysis to identify areas for continuous improvement.

Iteration: Ensure that the product constantly evolves based on data, user feedback, and market developments.

With higher education (Master's degree), you have significant experience as a Lead Product Manager or Product Manager in an agile environment. You have excellent communication skills and know how to present your ideas clearly at all levels of the organization. You know how to persuade and unite people around an objective. You inspire others through your leadership. You are an expert in using prioritization frameworks to maximize your product's value. You demonstrate empathy to best understand users and meet their needs. You place data at the heart of your decision-making. You have a strong business and marketing orientation, with a good understanding of market dynamics and the company's strategic challenges. Curious and open to change, you are able to adapt to market and technology evolutions. You are very comfortable in English; evolving in an international context poses no problem for you.
