NEXTON is recruiting a Data Analyst / Python Developer & BI M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

We are recruiting a Data Analyst / Python Developer & BI to support a leading international banking player! Within a cross-functional team dedicated to quantitative solutions, modeling, and simulation systems, you will actively participate in the modernization of analytical platforms, the automation of reporting flows, and the integration of artificial intelligence technologies. Your role consists of acting as a bridge between modelers, business experts, and IT teams to transform existing processes into sustainable industrial solutions.

Your missions:

• You design and develop industrialization scripts and modules in Python to automate recurring calculations and reduce manual processing in spreadsheets.
• You create, optimize, and deploy advanced management dashboards in Power BI to ensure the monitoring of key metrics.
• You contribute to the prototyping and integration of generative AI use cases (LLM, RAG, intelligent agents, workflow automation).
• You support quantitative and business teams in the redesign, reliability, and documentation of their calculation and reporting processes.
• You guarantee code quality, data traceability, and the maintainability of the developed solutions.
• You participate in operational coordination and monitor the progress of technical projects with IT.

With a higher education level of Bac +5 (Engineering School or University Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Quantitative Finance), you have at least 5 years of experience in data industrialization, Business Intelligence, or data-oriented development missions.

You possess sharp expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, creation of complex dashboards) as well as an expert level in Excel (complex analyses, transition of legacy files).

You master Python for data manipulation, automation, and the development of software components (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).

You have a strong appetite for and concrete practice of generative AI tools and architectures (LLM, RAG mechanisms, AI agents).

You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with multidisciplinary teams (quants, IT, business).

You express yourself fluently in English, both orally and in writing, to evolve in an international environment.
