NEXTON is recruiting a Flutter Mobile Developer M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

For one of our major clients specialized in payment solutions and business services, you will join a key tribe dedicated to the development of an international mobile application deployed at scale. Within an agile and multidisciplinary organization, you will contribute to shaping high-impact mobile features aimed at increasing engagement, daily usage, and user retention. This role allows you to evolve in a "you build it, you run it" culture, where technical excellence, mobile performance, and collaboration with AI agents are at the heart of daily practices.

Your missions:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and high-performance mobile features with Flutter and Dart.
• Take full responsibility for complex mobile features, from the design phase to production deployment.
• Propose and defend mobile architecture, user experience, and product design choices.
• Apply principles of Clean Architecture, Clean Code, and multi-package modular architectures.
• Instrument user journeys and guarantee the quality of analytics data to measure product impact and adoption.
• Guarantee code quality via automated tests (unit, widget, integration) and rigorous code reviews.
• Ensure the monitoring and stability of features in production according to the "you build it, you run it" principle (monitoring, performance tracking, incident resolution).
• Integrate AI tools and coding agents into your development workflows to automate targeted tasks while remaining responsible for the result.
• Support more junior developers, lead technical deep dives, and share your knowledge within the team.

Profile sought

Approximately 7 to 8 years of experience in software development, including at least 4 to 5 years on Flutter and Dart in a production environment.

Solid mastery of Clean Architecture, widget lifecycle, state management, as well as mobile performance analysis and optimization.

Proven practice of automated testing (unit, widget, integration), mobile CI/CD tools, and observability.

"Power user" level in the use of AI tools and development agents applied to the software lifecycle.

Autonomy, team spirit in a Scrum environment, rigor, proactivity, and imperative professional English.
