NEXTON is recruiting a Management Controller — Activity Indicators M/F, on a CDI basis, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

We are recruiting a Senior Management Controller to support a leading company specialized in Asset Management! Within the team in charge of monitoring commercial and financial performance, you will ensure the production, control, and critical analysis of activity metrics by product. You will also provide support on a strategic project involving the merger and integration of entities, involving the redesign of data sources and the harmonization of reportings.

Your missions:

• You collect, ensure the reliability of, and monthly control activity data by product line (assets under management, flows / new cash).
• You write the associated performance analyses and guarantee the accuracy as well as the relevance of activity reportings for management.
• You participate in integration projects related to the operational merger of asset management entities.
• You identify and evaluate the impacts on indicators following upcoming evolutions of tools and source systems.
• You adapt data consolidation processes and evolve the associated reporting models.

With a higher education level of Bac +5 (Master's in Finance, Management Control, Audit, or Business School), you have at least 5 years of experience in management control, activity steering, or financial reporting functions within the financial sector (management company, investment bank, or financial institution).

You have perfect mastery of Excel at an advanced level (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, data modeling; VBA or Power Query being an asset).

You possess strong analytical skills, a pronounced taste for numbers, and great ease with financial information systems.

You demonstrate absolute rigor, organization, and high reactivity to meet closing deadlines and distribution schedules.

You are autonomous, pragmatic, and endowed with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional and project teams.

You practice English fluently, both orally and in writing, to operate in an international integration context.
