NEXTON is recruiting an Organization & Financial Controls Consultant M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!
Your future work environment:
We are recruiting an Organization & Finance Business Analyst Consultant to support the Finance Department of a leading international banking group! As part of a major transformation program conducted jointly with the modeling and stress testing teams, you will join the unit in charge of the synthesis of the cost of risk and credit risk. Your role consists of supporting the redesign of the operational framework and the implementation of controls for provision calculation processes (IFRS9) and regulatory reporting, in close liaison with the Finance and Risk departments.
Your missions:
- You build and structure a cross-functional work plan as well as a set of priority controls to be deployed locally within the Finance and Risk departments.
- You analyze existing production processes, credit risk provision calculations (IFRS9), and financial reporting to identify risk areas and reliability levers.
- You formalize the target operational framework, control matrices, and associated scoping deliverables.
- You facilitate workshops with various business stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Modeling) to align methodologies and control requirements.
- You support the operational deployment of new controls and participate in monitoring their proper adoption by local teams.
- You contribute to the global governance of the project and prepare decision-making and reporting materials for management.
With a higher education degree of Bac +5 (Business School, Engineering School, or University Master's in Finance, Audit, or Project Management), you have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in organization, AMOA, or project management consulting missions within finance departments or banking risk departments.
You possess a solid culture in finance, financial accounting, financial reporting, and master the issues related to credit risk and IFRS9 standards.
You demonstrate a real project methodology, with a proven ability to design control plans and optimize complex business processes.
You are recognized for your analytical spirit, conceptual rigor, and your ability to challenge the existing state with pragmatism.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative posture, and a true ease in facilitating multidisciplinary working groups.
You master professional English, both spoken and written, to operate in a demanding institutional context.
