NEXTON is recruiting an ERP Oracle OTM Consultant M/F, in CDI, in Lille!

Your future work environment:

We are recruiting for one of our major clients in the retail and mass distribution sector. Within the Supply Chain Digital Platform, you will join the B2B Transport team responsible for the implementation, deployment, and monitoring of an OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) SaaS solution. You will evolve in a stimulating international context, collaborating closely with various Business Units to optimize B2B transport planning and execution.

Your missions:

• Configure and optimize the OTM solution to meet metric and transport needs (SQL, JSON/XML, Automation Agent, Logic Configuration, Rate Engine, Routing Setup).
• Analyze and specify integration needs with the connected application ecosystem such as WMS, finance, or course management (APIs REST/SOAP, Kafka, ESB).
• Challenge the needs of Business Units and support the Product Owner in writing user stories and specifications using Agile methodology.
• Ensure operational maintenance (Run) and N2/N3 support of the solution via ServiceNow.
• Implement functional and technical evolutions, including the tuning of optimization algorithms and PL/SQL scripts.
• Analyze transport performance, design BI/Looker reports, and exploit data via BigQuery and SQL.
• Continuously write and update operational documentation and configuration files.
• Train and support end users in taking control of the ERP tool.

Approximately 5 years or more of experience as an ERP Consultant with proven expertise in transport management (TMS/Logistics) and application integration.

Confirmed or desirable mastery of the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) SaaS solution.

Solid technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, JSON/XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and Analytics tools (Looker, BigQuery).

Fluency in English is imperative to evolve in an international context.

Analytical and synthesis skills, pedagogical approach, very good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in an Agile ecosystem (Jira, Confluence).
