NEXTON is recruiting a Change Management Consultant / Business Analyst M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future work environment:

We are recruiting a hybrid Change Management & Business Analyst profile to support a leading international banking player! As part of an operational remediation and process optimization plan, you will work directly on the deployment of new application solutions dedicated to regulatory compliance (notably recertification workflows and Due Diligence / KYC). You will act as the link between project teams and business users to secure functional testing, smooth tool adoption, and optimize user journeys.

Your missions:

• You prepare the testing strategy and execute end-to-end functional tests on transformation solutions (KYC workflows, recertification tools).
• You provide daily support to end users in the operational takeover of new tools and processes.
• You write change management deliverables: user guides, procedure manuals, training materials, and FAQs.
• You analyze User Journeys in order to formulate concrete recommendations for ergonomic and functional improvement.
• You collect field feedback, track anomalies or pain points, and collaborate with delivery teams to follow up on corrections.

With a higher education level of Bac +5 (Business School, Engineering School, or a University Master's in IS Management, Project Management, or Banking/Finance), you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a role combining functional analysis/testing and change management.

You possess a good knowledge of the banking or financial environment and are familiar with compliance issues (KYC, Due Diligence, periodic reviews/recertification).

You master application testing methodologies (UAT, definition of test cases, anomaly tracking) and business solution deployment processes.

You have a true sensitivity to user experience and a critical mind to evolve existing processes.

You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, real listening skills, and recognized pedagogy with operational teams.

You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, to operate in a multicultural context.
