Your tasks
Your future working environment We are recruiting for one of our major banking and financial sector clients, within a transverse department dedicated to technological expertise and innovation solutions. You will join the hub in charge of designing pilot projects and high-value-added finished products in terms of data and artificial intelligence. In this strategic context, your role will be decisive in orchestrating and accelerating the large-scale deployment of agentic AI technologies for all entities within the group.
- Lead the industrialization phase of the agentic AI plan from end to end by coordinating different business and technical teams
- Ensure the secure integration of solutions in connection with the group's compliance and security validation requirements
- Ensure operational monitoring, milestone control, schedule adherence, and project risk management
- Prepare, structure, and facilitate various steering committees and project monitoring instances
- Write clear summaries, managerial presentation materials, as well as detailed technical reports
- Unify and animate the internal community around agentic AI to promote adoption and the sharing of best practices
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and propose concrete solutions to streamline program progress
Requirements
- Graduate with a Master's degree (engineering school or university equivalent) with at least 9 years of experience in managing complex IT projects
- Solid understanding of the major principles and use cases of agentic AI, as well as good mastery of enterprise IT architectures
- Excellent transverse coordination, meeting facilitation, and interpersonal skills when dealing with various stakeholders
- Remarkable writing skills and a sharp ability to synthesize information to communicate effectively with both technical teams and management
- Rigor, initiative, ability to propose solutions, and a strong sense of listening and dialogue
- Fluent command of English, both written and spoken (international or multicultural context)
