Your tasks

Your future working environment For one of our major clients in the banking and market finance sector, you will join the teams in charge of Pre-Trade web applications (order placement tools for Rates, FX, Market Products intended for sellers, cash desks, banks, and clients). Working in direct link with Feature Teams distributed internationally (Paris, Portugal, Morocco), you will lead the development of strategic web platforms and public sites. You will operate at the heart of major challenges related to IT security, digital accessibility, and the integration of new digital workflows (AI).

  • Lead and structure the development projects of Pre-Trade web applications from the functional and technical scoping phase to production deployment.
  • Coordinate the activity of multidisciplinary Feature Teams distributed across several sites (Paris, Porto, Morocco).
  • Ensure the daily interface between Business teams (trading floors, sellers, banking networks), Business Analysts, and IT teams.
  • Supervise the progress of developments (Front Angular / Back C# architecture) while respecting schedule, quality, and budget constraints.
  • Guarantee compliance with strict IT security requirements and digital accessibility standards across all public sites and private platforms.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI Design teams to ensure a fluid user experience adapted to banking usages.
  • Support the implementation of new development workflows, including the integration of artificial intelligence use cases.
  • Ensure the monitoring of key project indicators, risk management, and reporting to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and leading web/application projects, ideally in the banking, financial, or market finance sector.
  • Solid web technical culture (sensitivity to C#, Angular, API environments) and a global understanding of public and business web challenges.
  • Functional knowledge of the financial or market universe (Rates, FX, order placement, Pre-Trade products).
  • Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary and international teams in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to digital accessibility issues and web application security.
  • Fluent English is essential (daily exchanges with international teams).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, methodological rigor, autonomy, and ability to synthesize information.
