NEXTON is recruiting a SAP FI PMO Project Manager M/F, on a permanent contract (CDI) in Paris!
Your future work environment
As part of managing business projects and information system transformation, our client is looking for a SAP FI PMO Project Manager. You will act as an interface between business departments and IT teams (MOE), in order to guarantee that the delivered solutions match the expressed needs.
Your missions:
You will enable:
- Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing business needs
- Writing requirements, user stories, or specifications
- Participating in functional scoping and the definition of target processes
- Managing the functional design, testing, and production phases
- Coordinating various stakeholders: business units, MOE, AMOA, testers
- Facilitating user workshops and ensuring change management
- Monitoring project progress (planning, workload, milestones)
- Preparing and facilitating project committees and steering committees
- Defining and implementing business performance indicators (KPI) related to the project
- Contributing to the digitalization strategy of business processes by proposing optimization or automation levers
- Contributing to the use of SAP FI, S/4HANA
- You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital project management.
- You have significant experience in transverse facilitation within an agile context, which has given you the opportunity to organize and facilitate various rituals
- You master the use of SAP in a multilingual context
- You have performed the FI customizing of a new company in its various basic accounting functions
- You master JIRA
- You are rigorous and organized
- You place paramount importance on cohesion and team spirit
- You have excellent listening and communication skills
- You are familiar with the digital world and communicating with technical professionals poses no problem to you
- You are comfortable in English, allowing you to facilitate rituals in an international context
