Your tasks
Your future working environment As part of business project management and information system transformation, our client is looking for a MOA Project Manager. You will act as an interface between business departments and IT teams (MOE), in order to guarantee that the delivered solutions meet the expressed needs.
- Collect, analyze, and formalize business needs
- Write requirements, user stories, or specifications
- Participate in functional scoping and the definition of target processes
- Manage the functional design, testing, and production phases
- Coordinate various stakeholders: business, MOE, AMOA, testers
- Facilitate user workshops and ensure change management
- Monitor project progress (planning, workload, milestones)
- Prepare and facilitate project committees and steering committees
- Define and implement business performance indicators (KPI) related to the project
- Contribute to the digitalization strategy of business processes by proposing optimization or automation levers
- Co-build the marketing automation tool
Requirements
You have at least 8 years of experience as a MOA Project Manager.
You have worked for at least 4 years on marketing automation topics and, if possible, on Adobe Campaign.
You have significant experience in cross-functional facilitation within an agile context, which has given you the opportunity to organize and facilitate various rituals.
You are rigorous and organized You place paramount importance on cohesion and team spirit.
You have excellent listening and communication skills.
You are familiar with the digital world, and communicating with technical departments poses no problem for you.
You are comfortable in English, allowing you to facilitate rituals in an international context.
