Your future work environment:

As part of the reinforcement of our Data teams for one of our major clients in the energy sector, we are looking for a Senior Data Business Analyst (M/F) to work on an international-scale program.

At the heart of this setup, you will work on the central product and its data ingestion and processing platform.

In an environment blending Data and Business Analysis, you are the techno-functional pivot between the business units, the program management, and the Data Engineering teams.

Your missions:

• You collect and analyze the needs of international subsidiaries.
• You write dense and rigorous specifications (target data models, calculation rules, feeding flows, APIs, SFTP, MDM).
• You perform data mining autonomously, and you design semantic and decision-making modeling in connection with architects and Data Engineers.
• You write complex SQL queries to audit data quality, verify joins, and guarantee the consistency of business indicators.
• You define the testing strategy and implement automated testing.
• You support the teams and manage change management.
• You facilitate Agile ceremonies and play the role of Scrum Master.

• You have an Engineering degree or a Master's degree (Bac+5) in science/IT and have at least 8 years of experience in complex IT & Data environments.
• You have perfect mastery of SQL, you have notions of Cloud architecture (AWS, Databricks, Médaillon), and you speak fluent/professional English.
• You excel in writing detailed specifications, modeling complex management rules, as well as in test automation and tooling.
• You demonstrate strong rigor, high autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills.
