Your tasks
Your future working environment We are recruiting for one of our major banking sector clients, within their IT transformation and investment banking P&L teams. At the heart of an international environment, you will play a key interface role between operational production and IT development teams. This strategic position will allow you to combine your expertise in financial products with your technical skills to lead AI integration and automation projects.
- Manage the operational interface between P&L production and international IT development teams
- Recompile and analyze business needs in order to write functional specifications (SPEC)
- Analyze and read code (Python, VBA) to optimize existing tools and support the transformation of P&L systems
- Ensure the valuation and monitoring of complex financial products, particularly interest rate derivatives (SWAP) and ALM
- Lead artificial intelligence integration projects and the automation of operational processes
- Support the deployment of new IT solutions and ensure their proper alignment with business challenges
- Ensure the quality of IT deliverables by performing functional testing and anomaly tracking
Requirements
- Approximately 3 to 4 years minimum of experience in a Business Analyst role combining IT and Market Finance
- Solid financial background with a fine understanding of ALM and interest rate derivatives (SWAP)
- Operational mastery of Python and VBA applied to the financial sector
- Proven ability to write detailed functional specifications and lead automation/AI projects
- Fluent English is essential to operate in an international context
- Autonomy, rigor, excellent analytical skills, and strong interpersonal skills
