NEXTON is recruiting a Functional Architect M/F, on a CDI contract, in Paris!

Your future working environment:

You are joining an international program to drive the global harmonization of key capabilities (contracts, pricing, offers). As a central pivot between business, technical, and delivery, you will orchestrate functional convergence with all international architects and Product Owners.

Your missions:

• Define the target architecture: Design functional models, bridge gaps with the existing state, and align deliverables with strategic priorities.
• Unify stakeholders & drive convergence: Lead decision-making workshops, resolve inter-country divergences, and secure transversal governance.
• Structure functional design: Produce mappings, process flows, and specifications, then scope Epics/Features with the product team.
• Guide delivery & provide consulting: Support implementation, act as the functional reference for the program, and promote architecture best practices.

• You have 8+ years of expertise in Functional Architecture / Business Analysis on large-scale programs.
• You master Target Operating Models (TOM), requirements management, and complex processes.
• You are accustomed to working in international, multi-site, and multi-entity contexts.
• Knowledge of the B2B Energy sector (pricing/contracts) is highly appreciated.
• Languages & Leadership: Bilingual/fluent English is indispensable; you possess an excellent consulting posture and assertive leadership.
